宫腔镜诊治子宫内膜息肉不孕症58例临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨不孕症患子宫内膜息肉,经宫腔镜治疗后的疗效。方法:回顾性分析接诊的不孕症患者,单纯发现子宫内膜息肉,接受宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉手术58例。结果:58例均在宫腔镜下成功实施内膜息肉手术,无一例发生并发症。55例术后随访12~48个月,均有月经来潮,22例在1年内成功受孕,3例失访。结论:宫腔镜是诊断和治疗患子宫内膜息肉的不孕症较理想的方法,术后宫内妊娠率高。 Objective To study the effect of hysteroscope in infertility with endometrial polyps. Method Retrospectively analysis of 58 infertility patients of our hospital during October 2007 to October 2010,who only found endometrial polyps,excluded other infertility rea- sons, accepted endometrial operation under hysteroscope. Results The 58 cases were all operated under hysteroscope successfully. Nobody occurred complications. Follow - up for 12 to 48 months after operation,55 cases had menstrual cramps,3 cases were lost,22 cases became pregnant in one year. Conclusion Hysteroscope is an ideal method for infertility resulted from endometrial polyps. The pregnancy rate is high.
