胆道手术后“T”型管引流异常的原因分析

Analysis of “T” tube drainage anomalous after biliary tract surgery

目的:分析胆道手术后"T"型管引流异常的原因及治疗,以提高诊疗水平,减少并发症发生。方法:回顾性分析14例胆道手术后"T"型管发生引流异常患者临床资料,其中8例引流异常增多,4例引流异常减少,2例引流血性胆汁。结果:全部患者在找到病因后给予针对性处理,1例因肝功能衰竭死亡,1例胆总管下端残留结石嵌顿转外院行EST取石术,其余12例经积极治疗均治愈出院。结论:"T"型管引流异常患者应积极查找原因,一旦发生异常,及时查找原因并进行针对性处理,病情多能得到控制。

Objective To analyze the cause and treatment of ＂T＂ tube drainage unusual after bihary tract surgery so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment to reduce complications. Method The clinical data of 14 cases of ＂T＂ tube drainage unusual after biliary tract sur- gery were retrospectively analyzed. Eight cases of drainage anomalies increased, four cases of drainage reduced and two cases were bloody bile. Results All cases were given the targeted treatment after causes were found. One case of death was due to liver decay, one case of common bile duct residual stones impacted lithotomy transferred outside the hospital by EST, and the remaining 12 cases of active treatment were cured. Conclusion The patients who have ＂T＂ tube drainage with abnormal should actively find out the reasons. Once exception oc- curs ,find out the reasons and give targeted treatment ,and then the disease mostly can be controlled.
