超声误诊胎儿侧脑室扩张的原因分析

摘要胎儿脑积水属神经管畸形，约占先天性畸形的10％。凡是各种原因引起脑脊液循环受阻积聚于脑室内，导致脑室明显扩张者都可称为脑积水，即脑室扩张。
