摘要
从理论上提出了圆柱坐标下多孔径扫描拼接技术的迭代方法 ,并通过计算机模拟验证了其收敛性及精确性 ,证明这种算法对解决 36 0°面形测量问题具有重要的意义。
An iterative algorithm of multi aperture transformation and connection technique in cylindrical coordinates is derived. The convergence and the accuracy of this algorithm have been examined by means of computer simulation. It is demonstrated that this algorithm will play an important role in 360° profilometry.
