本科护生实习心电图检查中的问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures to ECG examination in college nursing students practice

目的:探讨本科护生在实习心电图检查中所遇到的问题及分析对策。方法:对在心内科实习的本科护生共计59人,每人为期1周的心电图学习,为同期收住心内科的患者3 134例,其中2 098例进行每天1次的心电图检查,1 036例进行每天2次的心电图检查。结果:本科护生通过实习能正确的使用心电图并与患者进行有效的沟通取得配合,获得高质量的心电图资料。结论:本科护生在实习心电图过程中需要提高自身的专业水平,与患者进行有效的沟通,获得高质量的心电图资料。

Objective To approach the problems that nursing college students encountered in electrocardiogram （ECG） examination practice and to analyze the countermeasures. Method To arrange 59 college nursing students practicing in cardiology department to take ECG courses,each person per week, from March 2010 to May 2011- During this period, the hospital accepted 3 134 patients in cardiology department,including 2 098 patients having ECG examination once per day and 1 036 patients having ECG examination twice per day. Results The college nursing students can use ECG correctly and obtain good cooperation by effective communication with the patients, and then reeeived high - quality ECG materials in their praetiee. Conclusion The college nursing students should enhance their professional advancement in the progress of ECG practice,ensure effective communication with patients and acquire high -quality ECG materials.
