老年单纯收缩期高血压与窦性心律震荡相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨老年单纯收缩期高血压患者的窦性心律震荡(HRT)变化。方法选择老年男性单纯收缩期高血压患者68例和男性原发性高血压患者66例,同期健康体检男性34例分别为A、B、C组。所有入选者除常规化验及检查外,均做24 h动态血压及Holter,计算HRT的两个参数震荡初始(TO)及震荡斜率(TS),并进行比较。结果 A组与B组比较,HRT异常无显著性差异。B组和C组比较,HRT异常有显著性差异(P<0.05),A组和C组比较,HRT异常有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论原发性高血压患者的HRT异常,而单纯收缩期高血压患者HRT异常更加明显,说明单纯收缩期高血压患者的自主神经功能损伤严重。
