依达拉奉联合舒血宁治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察依达拉奉联合舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择92例发病在6~72 h的急性脑梗死患者,随机分成治疗组与对照组,每组46例。对照组给予舒血宁20 mL静点,每日1次,治疗14 d;治疗组在对照组基础上加用依达拉奉30 mg+生理盐水100 mL静点,每日2次,共用14 d。观察2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,且未发现明显不良反应。结论依达拉奉联合舒血宁较单用舒血宁治疗急性脑梗死疗效好,且安全。
