摘要
"三元"知识理论的提出是管理史上一次突破性的进展,但这一理论及其应用是尚未受到充分研究的管理领域。依据感性知识、理性知识和活性知识的基本分野与关联,构建起一个"三元"知识的运作管理模式:以操作与实践为支柱、以战略与制度为后盾、以价值观与理想为动力。这一管理模式在人力资源管理、知识管理和战略管理领域有着巨大的应用价值,而且,"三元"知识运作管理模式蕴涵的批判性学习较之于其他学习方式更胜一筹。
The appearance of Triarchic theory of Knowledge is a breakthrough progress in the history of management, but this new theory and its applications are the fields which have not been fully stud- ied. For the problem of the defects of the related research, and according to connection and difference a- mong perceptual knowledge, conceptual knowledge and affectual knowledge, this article constructs the operation and management mode of "Ternary" Knowledge on the basis of knowledge and management: it must be pillar with operation and practice, backed up by strategy and system, prompted by values and vi- sions. Then analyzes the applications of this mode in Human Resource Management, Knowledge Manage- ment and Strategic Management, and on the basis of this reveals the mode containing critical learning which is more highly refined than other way of learning. All this trying to uncover the black box of the op- eration and management of "Ternary" Knowledge from a special perspective, and provides practical basis and valuable enlightenment for the construction and application of enterprise knowledge and management theory.
