摘要
CO2气体保护焊中影响飞溅和焊缝成形的直接因素是焊接电流。文章通过电流波形发生器产生符合提高焊接质量的短路、燃弧阶段的电流波形,并设计了相应的模糊PI控制器,构成CO2焊接逆变电源的模糊PI电流波形控制系统,以减少飞溅,提高焊缝成形。仿真研究表明,所设计的控制器系统能使焊接电流快速、准确地跟踪给定的电流波形。文中讨论了回路电感对短路末期焊接电流大小的影响,为实际的CO2焊接逆变电源控制系统的设计提供理论依据和参考。
The direct factor which affects the splash and appearance of welding in CO2 gas shielded arc welding is welding current. The current waveform generator is used to produce the current waveform of the short circuit and burning arc stage which meets the demand of improving the welding quality, the corresponding fuzzy PI controller is designed, and the fuzzy PI current waveform control system of CO2 welding inverter power source is constituted to reduce the splash and improve the appearance of welding. The simulation results show that the designed controller system can make the welding current rapidly and accurately track the given current waveform. The effect of loop inductance on the welding current size at the end of the short circuit is also discussed, which provides a theoretical basis and reference for the actual control system design of the CO2 welding inverter power source.
