以大连空港新区规划为例,分析了新机场、高铁核心、市级体育中心、医疗中心等重大城市设施对地区发展的拉动作用,通过合理规划,科学布局,从而将空港新区建设成为产业与城市融合、人与自然和谐相处的滨海新区。

Taking the planning for Dalian airport new area as the example,the paper analyzes the pulling functions of some major urban facilities,such as the new airport,the express railway core,the municipal sports center,and the medical care center for the development of the area,so the industry and city can be integrated and the Binhai new area with harmony between human and nature can be established by the reasonable planning and scientific allocation.
