摘要
针对电流互感器饱和对差动电流速断保护元件造成影响的问题,提出了一种基于小矢量算法的快速差动电流速断保护方案,该保护方案能快速完成故障检测。研究了1/4周期数据窗的小矢量算法实部、虚部与全周期傅里叶算法实部、虚部的线性关系,推导出了2种算法的线性关系矩阵。研究了小矢量算法的幅频特性,提出快速差动电流速断保护的实现方案,通过静态模拟测试和动态模拟试验验证了该算法和保护方案的可行性。
In order to solve the problem of fast differential current instantaneous trip protection caused by current transformer saturation, a fast differential current instantaneous trip protection algorithm based on phaselet algorithm is developed, which can rapidly complete fault detection. The linear relationship between phaselet algorithm using sampling data of one-fourth period and one period Fourier algorithm is studied, and then the linear relationship matrices of the two algorithms are derived. The amplitude-frequency characteristics of phaselet algorithm are analyzed and the fast differential current instantaneous trip protection criteria are proposed. The static test and dynamic test validate the feasibility of the proposed algorithm and protection criteria.
