摘要 为解决光伏和风电场的输出功率剧烈波动引起的电能质量下降和电网电压波动的问题,提出了利用复合储能技术分别平抑风光联合发电系统的输出功率在不同时段内的波动。在平抑功率波动过程中,提出了可变时间常数控制,不断实时优化低通滤波器的时间常数,实现了对储能系统充放电功率的灵活、快速控制,改善了储能系统的运行,减小了储能容量;同时提出最大输出功率限制控制保护储能运行在合理的范围。通过建模仿真验证了控制方法的有效性。 To solve the problem of poor power quality and grid voltage fluctuation caused by the photovoltaic and wind power variation, a method is proposed for smoothing output power vibration in different time frame by utilizing hybrid energy storage technologies. In the process of smoothing output power, variable time constant control is used. It can realize swift control of charging/discharging stored power, optimize the operation of energy storage system, and minimize the storage capacity by adjusting the time constant of low pass filter in real time. Maximum output power limitation is also proposed to ensure the storage system operate in a reasonable range. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the control method.
