摘要
通过对西咸新区泾河新城在建项目进行探讨,提出与建设"现代田园城市"新理念相适应的工程质量监督管理措施,并作了具体阐述,对促进建设新型城市工程质量监督管理难题的解决有指导意义。
The paper explores the constructing programs in the Jinghe New City of Xixian New District,points out the supervision management measures which are suitable to the new idea of constructing ＂modern idyllic city＂,and undertakes the factual illustration,so as to direct the supervision management difficulties for the engineering quality of new cities.
