摘要
结合自身多年的监理工作实践,探讨了在政府投资项目中实行代建制的工程中如何做好总监工作,指出参建各方应树立正确的职业观,严格监理、热情服务,做好组织协调工作,并达到真正的与国际监理接轨。
Combining with many-year supervision work,the paper explores how to do the supervision in the agent construction project in the government-invested programs,and points out all sides involved in the construction should have current career conception,strict supervision,the warm-hearted service,and coordinative organization,so as to meet the international standards really.
