基于中医文献探析中医治疗肺癌的临床用药规律

Study on law using Chinese drug of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to Lung Cancer based on literature of TCM

目的:分析、挖掘中医方药治疗肺癌的规律,探索中医临床用药规律整理的方法。方法:收集到中医方药治疗肺癌的方剂172首,构建肺癌方剂库,运用频数统计及频繁集分析中医治疗肺癌的方剂配伍规律。结果:在所使用的260种中药中,补气、滋阴、健脾、补肾、祛痰、活血、清热解毒等几类药之间的配伍是最常用的药物组合。结论:以频繁集所得的中医治疗肺癌的药对、药组反应了肺癌的标本同治的治疗思想,能为临床医师提供参考。

Objective： This paper aims to analyze and discover the rules of TCM Treatment of Lung Cancer, and explore the research methods of TCM clinical usage. Method ： This paper collects 172 TCM prescriptions curing Lung Cancer and builds up prescription database. With the help of frequency statistics and frequent itemsets, this paper tries to analyze the compatibility rules of TCM Treatment of Lung Cancer. Result： Among the 260 Chinese herbs, the combination of tonifying Qi, tonifying yin, , reduce phlegm, tonifying spleen, tonifying kidney, invigorate the circulation of blood , relieve internal heat or fever and so on is more common in prescription. Conclusion： Through frequency statistics and frequent itemsets, the prescriptions of TCM Treatment of Lung Cancer showed the healing thought that treatment of both incidental and fundamental aspects. And this paper aims to Provide a reference for clinicians.
