超细内镜下萨氏探条扩张器治疗食管癌术后吻合口狭窄56例 被引量：2

摘要 食道癌术后吻合口狭窄是食管癌患者术后的并发症之一。食道癌术后吻合口狭窄会降低患者的生活质量，导致营养不良，缩短患者的生存时间，严重威胁人类的健康。文献报道B0：食管癌术后吻合口狭窄发生率约0．5％-9．5％，多在术后2—3周发生，也可迟至2—3月后开始出现，其发生原因较多，如吻合技术、吻合方式、粘膜对合不佳、粘膜下组织嵌入、
