锁定加压钢板和解剖钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折临床疗效对比分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:比较锁定加压钢板和解剖钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性分析196例胫骨远端骨折患者的资料,采用锁定加压钢板和解剖钢板治疗,各98例,分别编入治疗组和对照组,对比两组的疗效、手术情况及并发症。结果:治疗组优良率(94.90%)高于对照组(86.73%)(P<0.05),治疗组手术时间、术中出血量、X线愈合时间及并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组术中X线透视次数高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折疗效优于解剖钢板,且并发症发生率更低。 Objective :To compare the curative effect of locking compression plate and anatomical plate in the treatment of distal tibial frature.Methods : 196 cases of distal tibia frature were reviewed retrospectively, divided into the treating group(LCP) and the control group(anatomical plate), either group included 98 cases.Comparing the curative effect, operation data and complication.Results :The good rate of the treating group(94.90%)was higher than the control group(86.73%)(P〈0.05).The operating time, blood loss, X-ray healing time and the complication rate in the treating group were better than the control group(P〈0.0l).The treating group was more than the control group in the sum of fluoroseopy(P〈0.01).Conclus|on :The curative effect of LCP is better than anatomical plate in the treatment of distal tibial frature.
