经尿道等离子剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析经尿道等离子剜除术(PKEP)治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2011年6-12月笔者所在医院采用经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗的15例良性前列腺增生患者的临床资料。结果:术前最大尿流率(Qmax)、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)和生活质量评分(QOL)与术前相比,差异均有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗BPH有良好的临床疗效。 Objective:To analyze the transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of the prostate(PKEP) in the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:Retrospectively analyzed 15 cases of BPH patients with transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation from June 2011 to December 2011 in our hospital.Results:The comparison of preoperative urine flow rate of the largest(Qmax),international prostate symptoms score(IPSS) and the quality of life(QOL) with before,all had improved significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:Transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of the prostate has good clinical curative effect of BPH.
