摘要 复发性流产（RSA）是指连续两次或两次以上的自然流产，发病率占妊娠人群的1％～5％^[1]，其发病机制非常复杂，包括遗传、内分泌、免疫、解剖、感染等因素^[2]。辅助性T淋巴（Th）细胞在RSA中作用的研究已经较为广泛，
