双胎输血综合征胎儿心功能评估中的方法及临床应用 被引量：4

摘要 双胎输血综合征（fwin—twintransfusionsyndrome，TTTS）是单绒毛膜双胎（monochorionicfwins，McT）的严重并发症，发生率约20％^[1]。双胎之间的血液通过胎盘吻合血管发生交换，引起受血胎儿血容量过多，而供血胎儿血容量不足。
