金黄色葡萄球菌agr阴性突变株的构建及对PVL基因表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 金黄色葡萄球菌是导致社区与医院内感染最主要的病原菌之一,可以引起人体局部和全身感染。由于金黄色葡萄球菌可以分泌大量外毒素,致病性强。Panton—Valentine杀白细胞素(Panton—ValentineLeukocidin,PVL)是社区获得性金黄色葡萄球菌的重要毒力因子,
