摘要
针对环氧树脂阻燃剂开发的现状,研究了三聚氰胺多聚磷酸酯(MPOP)、包覆红磷、甲基磷酸二甲酯(DMMP)、和9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)4种阻燃剂在环氧树脂中的阻燃应用,分别讨论了单阻燃剂体系和双阻燃剂体系的阻燃效果,应用极限氧指数测试和水平-垂直燃烧测试评价阻燃改性环氧树脂的阻燃性能。在单阻燃剂体系中,加入20gMPOP可以使LOI值达到25.3%,UL-94V-0级;而双阻燃剂体系中,加入DOPO的MPOP体系表现出了良好的协同效应,DOPO可以在提高相应的环氧树脂LOI值的同时减少MPOP的使用量。与只使用MPOP的体系相比,5gDOPO和20gMPOP共同使用可以将环氧树脂的LOI提高到30.5%同时垂直燃烧等级为V-0级。
Four commercial flame retardants (FR) melamine-phosphate (MPOP), coated red phosphorus, dimethyl methylphosphonate(DMMP)and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phos- phaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO) were introduced to epoxy resin(EP). EP were modified with FR, and 2-FRs couple to get the flame retardant EP, whose flammability and burning be- havior were characterized by UL 94 and limiting oxygen index (LOI). About 20g of the MPOP were doped into EP to get 25.3% of LOI and UL 94 V-0. DOPO/MPOP exhibited synergistic effects in EP. Amount of MPOP were reduced a lot by adding DOPO. A UL 94 V-0 rate and 30. 5% of LOI were achieved with 5g/20g DPO/MPOP (compared to above men- tioned 20g MPOP).
