摘要
目的探究6组联合抗菌药物对多药耐药的铜绿假单胞菌(MDRP)体外抗菌活性,为临床治疗MDRP感染提供联合用药的实验室依据。方法琼脂稀释法分别测定5种单药和6组联合药物对26株多药耐药的铜绿假单胞菌的MIC值,计算FIC值,对单独用药与联合用药进行比较。结果 6组联合抗菌药物具有一定的协同累加作用,协同累加率为42.31-88.46%,其中联合抑菌效果最佳的为头孢他啶与环丙沙星的联合(88.46%),其次为哌拉西林三唑巴坦钠与环丙杀星的联合(84.62%);单独用药的敏感率为0-19.23%,联合用药与单独用药敏感率相比较具有差异(P<0.05)。结论对多药耐药的铜绿假单胞菌(MDRP)实行联合给药体外抗菌活性明显增强。
Objective To evalute the antibacterial activity of antimicrobial agents combinations against multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitron.Methods Minimal inhibitiory concentration of 5 single drugs and 6 groups combinations against 26 strains multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa determined by agar dilution method.Fractional inhibitory concentration was calculated.Results The rates of synergy and additive antibacterial activity ranged from 42.31% to 88.46%.There were higher rate of synergy and additive in ceftazidime with ciprofloxacin(88.46%),followed by piperacillin/tazobactam with ciprofloxacin(84.62%).The sensitive rate of single drug raged from 0% to 19.23%,and was improved in the combination groups compared with the single groups(P0.05).Conclusion Combination of antimicrobial agents significantly increased the sensitivity of muti-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosarin in vitron.
