利用UF1000i细菌定量结果筛选尿液细菌培养标本 被引量:5

摘要 泌尿系统感染诊断的金标准是细菌培养和菌落计数[1]。大多数临床送检的尿液标本细菌培养结果阴性,造成医疗资源浪费。因此,建立一种快速、有效的筛检方法,可以减少阴性标本的培养数量,降低医疗资源的浪费。
