手足口病并发脑干脑炎患儿血清NPY、IGF-Ⅱ和CNP水平检测的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨手足口病并发脑干脑炎患儿血清NPY、IGF-Ⅱ和CNP水平的变化及临床意义。方法应用放射免疫分析法对36例手足口病并发脑干脑炎患儿进行了血清NPY、IGF-Ⅱ和CNP检测,并与30名正常健康儿进行比较。结果手足口病患儿血清NPY水平显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而血清IGF-Ⅱ、CNP水平显著低于正常人组(P<0.01),且血清NPY水平与IGF-Ⅱ、CNP水平呈显著负相关(r值分别为-0.4012,-0.5718;P值均小于<0.01)。结论检测手足口病并发脑干脑炎患儿血清NPY、IGF-Ⅱ和CNP水平的变化,对判断病情和评价疗效均有重要的临床价值。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum NPY,IGF-Ⅱ and CNP levels in pediatric patients with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)complicated with brain stem encephalitis.Methods Serum NPY,IGF-Ⅱ and CNP levels were determined with RIA in 36 pediatric patients with hand-foot-mouth(HFMD)complicated with brain stem encephalitis and 30 controls.Results Serum NPY level in the patients was significantly higher than that in controls(P〈0.01),but serum IGF-Ⅱ and CNP levels were significantly lower(P〈0.01),serum NPY level was mutually negatively correlated with IGF-Ⅱ and CNP levels(r=-0.4012,-0.5718,P〈0.01).Conclusion Detection of serum NPY,IGF-Ⅱ and CNP levels is helpful for predicting the course of disease and assessing the curative efficacy in patients with hand-foot-mouth(HFMD) complicated with brain stem encephalitis.
