摘要
在简述房价收入比概念的基础上,分析了2002年~2010年中国西部省区的房价收入比,在整体上,西部省区的房价收入比虽然低于同期全国平均水平,但空间非均衡性突出、区域差异明显,特别是部分省会城市的房价收入比相对偏高,应通过适当的调控措施抑制这类城市房价的过快上涨,使其房价收入比回归合理范围,减轻普通居民购房负担,促进社会和谐稳定。
On the basis of describing the HPIR concept, this paper analyzes the housing price to income ratio of western China fi:om 2002 to 2010. Results show that HPIR of western China is lower than the average level of the whole country but the regional differences and spatial non-equilibrium of HPIR in western China are extremely conspicuous, and some western capital cities' HPIRs are much higher because of their soaring housing prices. Appropriate measures should be taken to curb excessive housing prices rise and reduce residents' burden on purchasing houses in these cities, thus promote social harmony and stability.
