摘要 目的探讨生存素(Survivin)和基质金属蛋白酶11(MMP-11)在胃癌中表达的意义及其与肿瘤浸润转移的关系。方法通过检测20例正常胃黏膜、60例胃癌中Survivin、MMP-11表达情况,分析其表达与胃癌临床病理学特征的关系。结果胃癌组织及淋巴结胃癌转移灶中Survivin与MMP-11的表达较正常组显著增高(P<0.05)。Survivin表达与胃癌患者的性别、年龄、分化程度无关,Survivin阳性表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期较高有关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MMP-11的表达与胃癌患者的性别、年龄无关,与分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Survivin表达阳性的胃癌中MMP-11阳性率86.84%高于Survivin阴性组的50.00%。结论 Survivin与MMP-11在胃癌中表达增高与胃癌进展的临床病理指标存在相关性;Survivin与MMP-11的表达有关,推测Survivin可能通过MMP-11促进胃癌的浸润转移,从而参与并影响了胃癌的进展。 Objective To study the significance of the expression of survivin and MMP-I 1 in gastric cancer as well as its relation to tumor invasion and metastasis. Method Through detecting the expression of survivin and MMP-11 in 20 samples of normal gastric mucosa and 60 cases of gastric cancer, the relationship between their expression and clinical pathological characteristics of gastric cancer is discussed. Results The expression of survivin and MMP-11 in gastric cancer tissues and lymph nodes of gastric cancer metastasis was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of survivin was not correlated with pa- tients' age, sex and the degree of tumor differentiation. Survivin positive expression was associated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P 〈 0.05 ). Where as the expression of MMP-11 was not correlated with pa- tients' age, and sex, but was associated with differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis and TNM higher staging(P 〈0.05). The expression of MMP-11 in survivin-positive gastric cancer tissues(86.84% ) was high- er than that in Survivin-negative tissues(50.00% ). Conclusions The expression of survivin and MMP-11 in gastric cancer is correlated in increased expression and the clinical pathological parameters.
