六磨汤合四逆散加减在治疗肝脾不调型便秘中的临床应用 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨六磨汤合四逆散加减在治疗肝脾不调型便秘中的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的260例肝脾不调型便秘患者,以六磨汤治疗者为对照组,以六磨汤合四逆散加减治疗者为观察组,比较两组的疗效差异。结果观察组显效率明显高于对照组,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组有效率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论六磨合四逆散加减在治疗肝脾不调型便秘中的临床治疗确切,临床应在辨证准确的前提下加以应用。
