近角膜缘结膜瓣转位并干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉
Pterygium Treated with Near-limbus Conjunctival Flaps and the Transplantation of Stem Cell
摘要
40只眼翼状胬肉患者,在显微镜下行胬肉切除并行近角膜缘结膜瓣转位加角膜缘干细胞移植术,术后随访1年。结果 40只眼中有1只复发,复发率为2.5%。近角膜缘结膜瓣转位并干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉效果确切。
