摘要 N-末端脑钠肽前体是近年来心血管疾病中研究的热点,被认为是心血管疾病诊断和预后的重要血清标志物,有助于冠心病患者的早期危险分层,早期识别高危人群,用于辅助诊断、指导治疗及判断预后。本文就NT-proBNP在常见的心血管疾病诊治中的应用现状做一综述。
