摘要
以己二酸和不同链长的醇进行反应,合成了己二酸二正丁酯,己二酸二正己酯,己二酸二正辛酯,己二酸二癸酯.醇及相应的酯利用四球试验机进行摩擦磨损试验,利用扫描电子显微镜观察其磨损表面形貌.将醇与相应的酯进行摩擦学性能的比较,结果表明:合成酯类润滑油的最大无卡咬负荷值PB值均大于相应的醇类,其摩擦系数、磨损量、摩斑直径均低于相应的醇类;在长摩过程中,合成酯在磨损表面形成一层保护膜,增强了润滑油的抗磨减摩效能,且随着链长的增加,抗磨减摩效能越好.
Adipate esters were synthesized by adipic acid and the different alcohol, including dibutyl adipate, dihexy ladipate, dioctyl adipate and didecyl adipate. Their tribological behaviors were investigated by the MR-S10B four-ball machine, and their topographies of the worn surface of steel ball were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the PB value of the synthetic ester is greater than the PB value of the corresponding alcohols, however the friction coefficient, the weight loss and the diameter of wear scar were all lower than the corresponding alcohols respectively. Because the synthetic ester can form a protective tribo-film on the wear surface in the process of long friction, which enhanced the efficiency of the anti-friction and the reducing-friction; and the tribological properties of adipates became better with the increasing length of the carbon chain.
