横琴岛游客旅游动机及其对游客满意度影响的实证研究

An empirical study on Hengqin Island tourists' motivation and its impact on satisfaction

横琴岛作为实行"一国两制"战略的国家级新区,旅游资源丰富,区位优势明显,目前正处于旅游开发的黄金时期.该文主要研究了横琴岛游客的旅游动机及其对游客满意度的影响.因子分析显示,横琴岛游客的旅游动机主要分为调节放松、社会交往、文化体验3大因子,其中社会交往是游客前往横琴岛的最重要旅游动机.回归分析显示,3大旅游动机因子都对游客满意度的影响显著,其中调节放松因子对游客满意度的影响最为显著,社会交往因子次之,文化体验因子影响最小.作为最主要旅游动机的社会交往因子,对游客满意度的影响并非最为显著,这与以往的研究结果有所差异.

Hengqin Island as the implementation of ＂one country two systems＂ strategy of the national district, rich in tourism resources, with location advantages, is currently in the golden age of tourism development. This paper studies the motivation of Hengqin tourists and its impact on visitor satisfaction. Factor analysis showed that the Hengqin Island tourist motivation includes relaxation, social intercourse, and cultural experience, of which social interaction is the most important tourist motivation of tourists to Hengqin Island. Regression analysis showed that the three major tourist motivation factors have a significant impact on visitor satisfaction. The relaxation factor＇s impact on visitor satisfaction is the most significant, followed by social intercourse factor, and then cultural experience factor. As the major tourist motivation factor, social intercourse impacts tourist satisfaction most significantly, which is different from the previous findings.
