一种新型马氏体不锈钢耐磨涂层性能研究

摘要 研制了一种提高零件表面耐磨性能的新型马氏体不锈钢电弧喷涂丝材,并通过高速电弧喷涂设备在Q235低碳钢板表面制备耐磨涂层。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度仪和磨损试验机等设备研究了涂层的组织结构、结合强度、硬度及耐磨损性能,并分析其耐磨机理。研究结果表明,添加适量的V、Nb和稀土元素,可以促进碳化物硬质相颗粒的形成,有效地改善马氏体不锈钢涂层性能。试验所制备的涂层成形良好,组织均匀且结构致密,涂层结合强度达34.61MPa,涂层显微硬度值达538HV0.1(高于4Cr13涂层),耐磨性约为4Cr13涂层的1.70倍。 A new kind of carbonitride alloying flux-cored wire, which can enhance the wear per- formance of the parts, had been developed. Wear resistant coatings were prepared on the surface of the Q235 low-carbon steel by high velocity arc spraying with the wire. Detection and analysis on the microstructure and properties of the coatings were done by using the equipment such as SEM, XRD, microhardness tester and wear tester, and the wear resistance mechanism of the coatings had also been studied. The results showed that V/Nb could improve the forming of car- bide hard phase particles in the coatings and the performance of the coatings. The coatings had good forming properties, uniformity of microstructure and compact structure. The value of adhe- sion strength was up to about 34. 61 MPa. The average microhardness value was about 538HV0.1 , higher than that of 4Cr13 coatings, and the abrasive wear resistance value was 1.70 times than that of the 4Cr13 coatings.
