摘要
对国内外硫磺回收反应炉余热锅炉陶瓷套管的特性及反应炉内耐火衬里存在的问题进行了分析。在不改变管板端面衬里壁厚及炉膛有效体积的情况下,选用优质材料和新结构解决了硫磺回收装置余热锅炉陶瓷套管大面积破损的问题,大幅度提高了套管的适应能力和抗热震稳定性能,消除了生产运行中的不稳定因素,实现了装置三年一修的目标,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Properties of heat-recovery boiler porcelain bushing of domestic and international sul- fur recovery reacting furnaces and issues existing in refractory within the reacting furnace were introduced. Under the condition of no change to wall thickness of tubing plate end face or effec- tive volume of furnace, optimal material and new structure was adopted to solve the issue that a large area of damage occurred at heart-recovery boiler porcelain bushing of sulfur recovery reac- ting furnace, so the new method could enhance the adaptability and thermal shock resistance ca- pability of bushing significantly, eliminate the unstable factors in production operation, reach the objective of revamping every three years for recovery unit, and achieve rather good economic and social benefits.
