摘要
介绍一种新研发的基于磁应变检测原理的九极传感器,利用ansoft软件对其进行了有限元模拟优化设计,得到合理的几何模型。并对16MnR平板焊缝进行了实验测试,与西安交通大学研制的二极磁测仪的测量结果进行了对比,得到了较吻合的实测结果,进而验证了该种传感器的可行性及其应用价值。
This paper introduced a new sensor with nine magnetic pole based on the magnetic strain detection principle,using ansoft software optimized the structure of the probe though electromagnetic simulation,it has got reasonable geometric mode.Then by the test to 16Mn planar weld and comparing the experimental results with the dipolar magnetic survey of Xi’an Jiaotong University,verifies its development advantages and application value.
