摘要
介绍了提高600℃高温转速传感器温度特性的一种方法。通过改善材料的温度特性,使传感器可满足工作温度600℃的环境要求,并对因温度引起的材料绝缘电阻下降进行了结构上的改进,得出的试验数据表明传感器运行良好。
This paper introduced a kind of methods to raise 600 ℃ high temperature rotational velocity sensor of temperature characteristic.On the basis of temperature characteristic of improve the material,the sensor can satisfy work temperature 600 ℃ environments to request.And because of the temperature,it carried on the improvement on the sensor structure to the material insulated electric resistance to descend to,the trial data elucidate that working of the sensor is all right.
