摘要 针对钢卷尺现有检定方法劳动强度大、效率较低的问题,提出了基于数字图像处理的自动检测新方法,用CCD摄像机对标准和被测钢卷尺每米处的图像进行采集,利用Visual Basic 6.0编写了图像处理软件,阐述了该系统的总体结构和实现方法,同时给出了该系统的部分通信软件,详细介绍了图像处理方法。实际使用结果证明该系统能够按检定规程实现对钢卷尺误差的自动检测,提高了检定效率和结果的准确度。 Aimed at problems such as heavy manual work and low efficiency in testing of steel tape,a kind of new automatic testing method based on digital image processing was proposed.The image information included standard steel tape and measuerd steel tape at every meter line was collected with the CCD camera.This paper developed image processing software with Visual Basic 6.0.The general structure of the system and the methods to realize were expatiated.It also presented the part corresponding software of the system,and imtrocluced the methods of image processing in detail.The results demonstrate that this system can realize automatic testing for steel tape by the verification regulation,it can improve efficiency and precision.
