现场改善在某半导体厂测试生产线的应用研究

以A半导体厂M测试生产线为研究对象,通过人机匹配分析、时间利用率计算、基层管理模式和作业分配方式研究等方面,找出制约生产线产能提升的瓶颈所在。基于现场改善的理论,遵循PDCA循环方法,从基层管理模式和作业分配两个方面出发,提出"小团队"生产管理运作模式。经实践,新的管理模式和作业分配方式使生产线生产力提高了20.3%。

In this paper, taking a certain semiconductor test line as the research object, applying the theory of Gemba Kaizen and PDCA Cycle to optimize the semiconductor test line. Firstly, analyzed the Human-Machine Matching, Time Utilization ratio, Work Loading and Organization Chart, and then put forward module production team. Through these, the productivity was increased by 20.3%.
