Verification of microbial methodology for three kinds of extractives

目的建立八角茴香油、甘草流浸膏和甘草浸膏的微生物限度检查方法。方法采用2010年版《中国药典》提供的供试液前处理方法消除其抑菌性后进行实验菌回收率实验。结果八角茴香油、甘草流浸膏和甘草浸膏均用培养基稀释法进行微生物限度的检查。结论确立了3种提取物微生物限度检查方法,保证微生物限度检查方法的有效性。

Objective To establish the methods of the microbial limit tests for oleum anise stellate, extractum glycyrrhizae liquidum and extractum glycyrrhizae. Methods Microbial recovery experiment after eliminating bacteriostasis was adopted for the verification of microbial methodology on the basic of 2010 version of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results The microbial limit tests for three kinds of extractives were established. Conclusion The methods of the microbial limit tests are effective.
