摘要
目的掌握健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为麻疹防控提供科学依据。方法用分层抽样方法随机抽取10个年龄组的健康人群827名,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测麻疹IgG抗体,对不同人群麻疹抗体进行分析。结果健康人群麻疹IgG阳性率为72.43%,几何平均滴度(geometric mean titer,GMT)为1:500;6岁组和18月龄组抗体阳性率最高,分别达到90.48%、89.47%,<8月龄组及30岁组阳性率最低,为56.34%、57.02%,GMT较高的是18月龄组和50岁组,分别为1:978、1:811,较低的是30岁组和<8月龄组,分别为1:254、1:370;常住人群与流动人群、男性与女性麻疹IgG抗体水平差异无统计学意义。结论健康人群麻疹抗体水平偏低,有发生麻疹病例的血清学基础。应加强血清学监测,特别是育龄妇女的血清学监测,根据监测结果适时开展强化免疫。
Objective To investigate the measles antibody level of healthy people in Guilin city,so as to provide basis for formulating measles immunization strategy.Methods A total of 827 healthy individuals were sampled from ten age groups by stratified sampling.Measle IgG antibody in sera was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the antibody level was compared between different age groups.Results The positive rate of measles antibody in the whole healthy people was 72.43%,and the geometric mean titer(GMT) was 1:500.The positive rate in the 6 year(6y) age group(90.48%) was the highest,and that in the 18 month(18m) age group(89.47%) came second.The positive rate in 8m group was the lowest(56.34%),and that in 30y age group was only 57.02%.The highest GMT was 1:978 from 18m age group,followed by 1:811 from 50y age group,while the lowest GMT was 1:254 from 30y age group,and the GMT from 8m group(1:370) came next.The measles antibody level did not reveal any significant difference between permanent residents and floating population,between males and females.Conclusions The positive rate of measles antibody in healthy people in Guilin City is not high enough to prevent the occurrence of measles cases.It is necessary to strengthen serological surveillance and carry out timely supplementary immunization according to the surveillance results.
