摘要
以硅烷偶联剂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸、引发剂过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)、环保型混合溶剂、荧光粉等为原料,采用溶剂聚合方法,合成了环保型紫外荧光三防保护涂料;考察了反应温度、引发反应诱导期、引发剂用量等因素对涂料性能的影响;介绍了环保型紫外荧光三防保护涂料的性能特点。
Using methyl methacrylate, methyl acrylate, silane coupling agent, initiator (BPO), environment-friendly mixed solvent, phosphor and other materials, three anti-protective fluorescent coating was prepared by the method of polymerizing solvents. The effects of the factors, such as reaction temperature, induction period of initiate reaction and the dosage of initiator on the performances of the coating material were investigated. Also, the characteristics of the environment-friendly three anti-protective fluorescent coating were introduced here.
