Analysis of Rational Drug Use in Pediatric Outpatient in Taikang People's Hospital in 2011

目的:分析我院儿科门急诊处方情况以提高处方质量,促进合理用药,保障患儿用药安全有效。方法:抽查我院儿科2011年1～12月门急诊处方,按照新《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》、《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》等对处方合理性以及药物使用情况进行分析。结果:在抽查的16 000张处方中,不合理处方643张(4.02%),主要表现在处方书写不规范、用法用量不当、抗菌药物使用不当、联合用药不当、溶媒选用不合理等方面。结论:我院儿科门急诊处方质量有待进一步提高,药师与医生的沟通需要进一步加强;应加强医院处方的规范管理,提高处方书写质量,促进合理用药,以实现安全、有效、经济用药。

Objective： Analysis of drug prescriptions in out-patient department to improve the quality of prescriptions, to promote rational drug use, and to ensure the safety and effectiveness in drug use. Methods： The out-patient or emergency prescriptions during the year 2011 were sampled randomly and analyzed according to Management Standard of Hospital Prescription Comments and Instructions of the Clinical Application of Antibiotics. Results： Among the 16,000 prescriptions, 643 irrational prescriptions were found （accounting for 4.02% ）. The unreasonable places were shown in non-standard prescription writings, inappropriate dosages, improper use of antimierobial drugs, irrational combination therapy and unreasonable solvent use. Conclusions： The out-patient prescriptions of our hospital are reasonable on the whole, communication between doctors and pharmacists should be strengthened, and the quality of the prescription writing should be further improved for rational drug use.
