摘要 生产过程中炉料所含过量的铅会对灰铸铁件性能产生重要影响。因此研究了铅的不同添加量对灰铸铁力学性能和组织的影响,并进行了复制魏氏石墨及不同孕育剂的试验。结果表明:铅会使石墨变异,并在一定条件下,形成魏氏石墨,这明显降低了灰铸铁件的力学性能;采用锆硅孕育剂能够缓解铅对铸铁石墨形态的影响。 The excessive Pb in the furnace charge has important effect on the properties of the gray cast iron in the production. The effects of different addition amount of Pb on the mechanical properties and microstructure were studied, and the Widmanst^itten graphite reconstruction and different inoculants tests were done. The results show that the graphite transformed and Widmanstatten graphite formed under the condition of excessive Pb, which decreased the mechanical properties of gray cast iron apparently; the adoption of zirconium ferrosilicon can reduce the influences of Pb on graphite morphologies of gray cast iron.
