摘要
ZA铸造合金强度高,耐磨性好,成为近年的研究热点之一。阐述ZA合金的凝固特点,综述了ZA合金凝固技术国内外的研究现状,概述采用压铸、挤压铸造、喷射成形、超高压凝固、过热处理、外场下凝固等凝固技术对ZA合金微观组织的影响规律,分析了各凝固技术的特点,并对ZA合金凝固技术的前景进行了展望。
The ZA casting alloy with high strength and wear resistance is one of the most widely used and studied alloys in recent years. The present status of research on ZA alloy was surceyed, the solidification characteristics of ZA alloy was demonstrated. The effects of solidification technologies such as die-casting, squeeze casting, spray forming, super-high pressure solidification, superheat treatment, field solidification on the microstructures of ZA alloy were overviewed. Some important development directions of ZA alloy solidification technology were prospected.
