摘要
摇臂是采煤机的主要传动零部件,本身结构复杂,工作环境恶劣,整体性能要求很高。文中通过对其进行多次工艺分析及各项工艺参数选择,最终确定了合理的工艺方案,同时采取必要的工艺措施,成功铸出了合格的摇臂铸件。
With complex structure and bad working environment, the shearer rocker arm as the main transmission parts of coal mining machine, has high requirements on the whole performance. The optimal process scheme and necessary technological measures were determined through repeated process analysis and parameters selecting. Finally the shearer rocker arms were produced successfully.
