公共产品理论与高等教育投资体制改革浅议

A Study on the Public Goods Theory and the Reform of the Higher Education Investment System

以公共产品理论为依据,分析我国当前高等教育投资体制,阐述我国高等教育社会化多元投资体制的现实特征,从推行高校市场化运作、加大政府财政投入、吸引社会资本进行高等教育投资、提高教育资源使用效益等方面,对如何改善我国高等教育投资体制进行探讨,提出了相应的对策和建议。

Based on the public goods theory, this essay analyzes the current higher education investment system in China and expounds the realistic features of the socialized and diversified higher education investment system. Be- sides, this essay presents relevant solutions and suggestions on the improvement of the system in the aspects of carry- ing out market-driven operation in colleges and universities, increasing the government finance input, introducing so- cial capital to invest in higher education and enhancing the utilization efficiency of educational resources.
