无屈服台阶钢管混凝土(CFST)四肢格构柱轴压试验

摘要 为了对无屈服台阶钢管混凝土(CFST)四肢格构柱构件的变形及受力特征进行分析,进行了2根无屈服台阶钢管混凝土(CFST)四肢格构柱的轴压试验.该试验在5 000 kN压力试验机上进行.试验结果表明:无屈服台阶钢管混凝土(CFST)轴压四肢格构柱破坏形态为剪切破坏.其破坏前有较明显的征兆,属于延性破坏范畴;轴压四肢格构柱轴压破坏时多处肢柱部位被拉裂,这些部位都位于缀管与肢柱的焊接连接处,由此判断这些部位为构件的薄弱部位.在整个受压过程中斜缀管和平缀管的受力都较小且都处在弹性阶段,说明缀管的用量可能偏大,应该对缀管的用量进行优化. In order to analyse the deformation and bearing force characteristic of non-yield point of Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular (CFST) four-tube laced columns, the axial compression test of a total of two non-yield point of CFST four-tube laced columns has been finished. The test was experimented on 500t compression-testing machine. Testing result illustrated that the axial compression failure of non-yield point of CFST four-tube laced columns belongs to the shear failure. There are obvious premonitions before failure.It belongs to ductile failure; there are several crack phenomenon on columns tube at the weld of lacing tubes and columns tube. The stressed batten tubes are situated in elastic phase.
