The basic configuration of Siemens LZB 700M metro signal control system is briefly introduced. Based on it, the composition of the ATP system is described in details, including the trackside ATP configuration and functions, principles of trackside ATP control unit in the automatic train operation in protection and monitoring modes and functions implemented in Siemens train control system.
