In the frame bridge jacking construction process, due to improper technical measures taken for formation treatment or jacking, the problem of tie head or tie end is very often seen, which causes great difficulty to the construction and has adverse impact. Taking into consideration of the bar-end problem in the jacking bridge construction at the K550＋881 of Shuohuang Railway line, the paper analyzes the cause of tie ends, and it mainly introduces the foundation treatment, the beam correction programs and key issues in the process and construction, providing reference experience to deal with similar problems.
