铣削钢纤维在地铁地裂缝段的应用研究

Milled Steel Fibers Used in Ground Fissures Section in Metro Construction

简要阐述钢纤维混凝土的性能及作用机理,重点从铣削钢纤维混凝土原材料选择、混凝土配合比设计优化、混凝土性能检测等方面进行探讨。分析铣削钢纤维在西安地铁地裂缝段应用效果及施工中应注意的事项,铣削钢纤维混凝土在地铁暗挖区间,特别是地裂缝段施工的应用前景。

The paper briefly describes the performance and mechanism of steel fiber reinforced concrete, and the main issues such as the selection from the beginning of raw materials of milled steel fiber for reinforced concrete, concrete mix design optimization, to the concrete performance tests and inspection etc are discussed. The effect of milled steel fibers used in ground fissures in the construction of Xi＇an metro is analyzed and some issues should paid attention to, and prospects of the milled steel fiber used for reinforced concrete in tunnel, in particular, the application in ground fissures section in construction are foreseen.
